Hi there~ I’m Viki.
My mission is to connect individuals, leaders and teams to live their best life ever. I do this by using evidence based coaching models which leverage neuroscience and action-oriented communication.
I am certified through ICF programs: Coach U; Wellcoaches School of Coaching and the American Lifestyle College of Medicine. And I am a certified fitness professional, mindful awareness teacher/ facilitator, health coach, and Yoga; RYT-200 and have been in the health and wellness industry for nearly 20 years.
My clients come from various backgrounds and life stages; young adults delving into first careers, overwhelmed stressed out professionals, stay at home parents looking for purpose and clarity – to leaders facing the empty nest, solo-aging, or portfolio-life stage. The uniqueness of each story keeps us moving forward to seek new opportunities~ common threads and the need for meaning, purpose, flow, calm and clarity in life keeps us connected.
Life happens for us, not to us.
Life is complex and maintaining balance is challenging. Managing accelerating changes is hard and requires new tools, support and methods that keep our mental, emotional and physical health buoyant in turbulent times.
You do not have to do this alone.
