Life wellness coaching is a holistic, present and future focused evidence-based approach that leverages positive neuroscience through high level communication and a human’s innate desire to thrive. 

Transformational outcomes are achieved using strategies to help clients establish wellbeing-promoting mind-body integrated behaviors critical for peak flow and performance in the twenty – first century.

My work lives in the gap between knowledge and action.

The Coaching Process supports you to:

  • Design a plan of action and implement it; working through changes and obstacles

Individual Coaching Sessions

Together we partner to identify what you want, remove the barriers in your way and create customized action steps that lead to the outcome you envision. Sustainable lasting change is made at the foundational level. We will leverage your neurobiology and the strengths and wisdom you inherently possess to reach your goals and live your best life.

Group Coaching Facilitation

Virtual online and in person small group programs will be offered intermittently throughout the calendar year. Programs are 6 to 12 weeks in length. Led by an experienced coach facilitator; designed to provide a safe structured environment with a focus on fostering individual growth, enhancing progress to achieve sustainable lifestyle behavior change leveraging in person or e-community support networks.
