Group Coaching Facilitation
Virtual online and in person small group programs will be offered intermittently throughout the calendar year. Programs are 6 to 12 weeks in length. Led by an experienced coach facilitator; designed to provide a safe structured environment with a focus on fostering individual growth, enhancing progress to achieve sustainable lifestyle behavior change leveraging in person or e-community support networks.
